Experience in IT is essential for this role, encompassing a broad range of skills and requiring a Support Analyst who can own issues from notification to resolution. This position involves providing level 1 and level 2 end-user support management, user training and demonstrations, master data management, user/security management, system configuration, new site implementations, and testing of new system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Level 1 and Level 2 Support Management: Provide timely and effective support to end-users, resolving issues efficiently and escalating as necessary.
  • User Training and Demonstrations: Deliver training sessions and product demonstrations to ensure users understand the capabilities and limitations of our systems.
  • Master Data Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date master data, including user and security information.
  • System Configuration: Configure and optimize system settings to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • New Site Implementations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new sites, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of new system enhancements to ensure they meet requirements and are free from defects.

This role has a strong focus on continuous improvement around process and system use through proactive collaboration across teams, internal vendors, and support services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a business or IT-related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years using and supporting a CMMS (e.g., IBM Tririga, Maximo, SAP)
  • Proficient with relevant software development tools and processes such as Jira, SDLC, and CI
  • Familiarity with IT service delivery frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and broad technical and functional knowledge of enterprise IT systems and processes
  • Strong stakeholder management, time management, and organizational skills
  • A strong commercial appreciation for applications and their role in business solution delivery

Desirable criteria include experience as a Project Manager or Service Delivery Manager, experience with Asset Management or Field Service Management technology implementation, and experience with Microsoft desktop suite and Microsoft Project.
