Program Manager Role

This pivotal member of the Programming Department will deliver impactful, innovative, and engaging education and creative learning opportunities at Canberra Theatre Centre.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong connections with educational establishments to enhance Canberra Theatre Centre's reputation as a national leader in arts education
  • Design and execute exceptional arts experiences and creative learning initiatives for young audiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative programs

Requirements:

  • A degree in Performing Arts or equivalent Education or VET Certificate IV (Training and Assessment)
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • A driver's license or willingness to obtain one within the first year of employment
