Job Description
We are currently seeking an Senior SAP HR Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing senior-level consulting services and solutions to customers in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting SAP HR/Payroll systems and related services. Your expertise in ABAP development and knowledge of SAP HR modules such as ESS, MSS, PA, OM, Time, and Payroll will enable you to analyze HR/Payroll business requirements and propose innovative and integrated solutions. You will also be responsible for conducting gap analysis, understanding how the business operates, and providing ongoing technical support and advice to end-users.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, and support SAP HR/Payroll systems and related services
- Analyze HR/Payroll business requirements and propose innovative and integrated solutions

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have 6+ years of experience in ABAP development within SAP HR/Payroll. You should also have experience as an SAP HR consultant (ABAP HR Development or HCM Business Analysis) with strong knowledge of ABAP and SAP HCM modules like ESS, MSS, PA, OM, Time, and Payroll, as well as integration with other SAP modules like SRM and Finance. Additionally, you should have specialist technical and functional knowledge of SAP HR ESS/MSS, strong workflow knowledge, and the ability to undertake analysis. Extensive ABAP knowledge and the ability to undertake analysis are also essential. Finally, having SAP Portal knowledge and the ability to undertake analysis will be a significant advantage.
