Key Accountabilities
- Oversee the end to end recruitment process, support managers with on-boarding and probation requirements.
- Assist in the planning of change and project initiatives.
- Support the performance review and goal-setting process, including coaching managers and conducting performance discussions.
- Coordinate and implement training programs, engage with external training providers, and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
- Provide coaching and advice to managers and employees on all aspects of HR.
Key Requirements
- Experience within a similar role necessary.
- Outstanding relationship building and influencing skills.
- Experience of partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
