Early Childhood Educator Trainee Opportunity

This fixed-term, full-time contract offers on-the-job training and the chance to earn a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

As an Early Childhood Educator Trainee, you will assist in planning and delivering educational programs for young children, support their emotional, social, and physical development, and foster a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with educators and staff to plan and deliver engaging programs
  • Support children's growth by promoting emotional, social, and physical well-being
  • Develop a safe and inclusive environment that encourages learning and exploration
  • Build strong relationships with families through effective communication and collaboration
  • Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness within the childcare setting
Qualifications and Skills:
  • A minimum qualification of a Higher School Certificate or equivalent
  • Commitment to completing the Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
  • A valid Working with Children clearance number
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team
