French Bakery Cafe is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cafe All-Rounder. As a key member of our cafe team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working in a fast-paced environment, providing support across multiple stations in the cafe.
  • Preparing food at our processing station, creating amazing coffees, and serving customers on the floor.
  • Maintaining high standards in customer service, product quality, and luxury cafe experience.
  • Rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on mindset and high energy to keep up with the fast-paced environment.
  • Deliver and maintain the highest standard of customer service.
  • Exposure to a busy cafe environment.
  • Barista training preferred.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage industry.
