About The Role

We're looking for a hungry, social-native creative who lives and breathes TikTok and Instagram. You're obsessed with trends, memes, edits, storytelling, and how to make people stop scrolling. You'll create content yourself, write briefs for others, and bring the energy of social to our brand — every day.

This is a creator role with direction, copywriting, and performance goals baked in.

Experience isn't required — what matters is that you already do this for fun, and now you want to do it for one of the most disruptive brands in beauty and personal care.

About The Team

Key Responsibilities
  • Create native TikTok/IG content that drives engagement, saves, shares, comments, and sales
  • Spot trends early and adapt them fast to our brand/products
  • Write clear, creative briefs for internal and external creators
  • Direct shoots and creator-style content (with or without you on screen)
  • Write high-performing hooks, captions, and voiceover scripts
  • Edit quick-turn content using CapCut, TikTok native tools, etc.
  • Work with marketing and ads teams to understand what's performing — and iterate
Preferred Experience
  • Copywriting for direct response, social, and/or paid media
  • Having shot your own social content/relevant content for brands on socials
  • Running or supporting organic social channels for fast-moving brands
  • Past experience in influencer marketing, growth marketing, or creative strategy is desired
Skills
  • Native to social — you live on TikTok, Reels, Shorts
  • Strong taste — you know what's good, what's cringe, and what hits
  • Comfortable being behind (or in front of) the camera
  • Can write a killer hook, caption, or script that sounds like a person, not a brand
  • Fast, self-sufficient, and hungry to create
  • Obsessed with creators, brands, and what makes content convert
  • Bonus: light editing skills (CapCut, VN, TikTok native tools)
