Senior Sales Leadership Position

This Head of Account Expansion role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Managers across the ANZ region. As a Regional Vice President of Sales, you will drive customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives within our installed customer base, while also developing and executing strategies to grow revenue through deepening customer relationships and expanding current account value.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and expanding relationships with existing customers, as well as demonstrated operational excellence, including expertise in Salesforce hygiene and sales KPI implementation.
In this role, you'll work closely with the AVP of Sales (ANZ) based in Sydney to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the Enterprise Account Management team in the ANZ region, focusing on customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue through deepening customer relationships and expanding current account value.
- Maintain high Salesforce hygiene, accurate reporting, and forecasting of sales activities, implementing measurable KPIs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a unified approach to customer retention and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven 5+ years of experience leading Enterprise Sales teams in a SaaS environment.
- Strong track record in successfully managing and expanding relationships with existing customers.
- Demonstrated operational excellence, including expertise in Salesforce hygiene and sales KPI implementation.
- Established presentation, negotiation, and executive engagement skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
