Customer Insights Analyst Position

We are seeking a skilled Customer Insights Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our go-to-market strategies and customer engagement initiatives.

Your primary responsibility will be to generate actionable insights from market research projects, manage research activities, and drive marketing analytics to inform business decisions.

  • You will manage marketing analytics across customer journeys and touchpoints, aiming to optimize ROI and campaign effectiveness.
