We are seeking an experienced Global Marketing and Sales Leader who will drive our market presence both nationally and internationally. Key responsibilities include:

  • Formulating and implementing sales and marketing strategies in consultation with senior management.
  • Supervising, managing, and controlling activities to achieve business goals.
  • Managing and directing sales personnel to promote the company's products effectively.


Main Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives engagement and interest among target audiences. This includes designing specific campaigns, running events, and collaborating with industry experts. You will also attend and engage in industry events, conferences, and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices.

Additionally, you will collaborate and report directly to company directors, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions. You will service new and existing clients, lead work-in-progress meetings, and manage contract deliverables, including events, content, and other bespoke packages.

Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to:

  • Drive business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Develop and implement innovative campaigns that drive engagement and interest among target audiences.


Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A deep understanding of the financial investment industry and proven track record in providing innovative product marketing solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in managing global investment management relationships and programs.
  • Extensive knowledge of target markets, particularly in the European market and culture.
  • Proficiency in systems such as Microsoft 365, monday.com, and Salesforce.
  • At least 5 years of full-time relevant experience.
