Ambitious Program Lead Position

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role in a community program. As a Program Lead, you will be responsible for managing the operations of services and programs to ensure they provide quality person-centred services. You will also lead a team of dedicated coordinators and support workers, assisting them to implement best practice approaches to supporting participants to build their capacity and achieve their identified goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operations of services and programs.
  • Lead a team of coordinators and support workers.
  • Implement best practice approaches to supporting participants.
Requirements:
  • Qualification in Individual Support or other related field at Cert IV minimum or significant experience in a similar role.
  • Working with Children Check NSW or willing to obtain.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Yellow Card – Disability (Qld).
  • Satisfactory Criminal Record Check.
  • Demonstrated substantial experience in leading a program or service within a Community, Disability or Mental Health Service.
  • Previous experience in monitoring and reporting key performance indicators.
  • Understanding of social disadvantage and commitment to the rights of Indigenous and other people living with disability and/or mental illness.
