Key Role:

Sustainability Leadership

This high-impact role is centered around leading our organization's environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong network of established clients and expertise in delivering sustainability consulting services.

The key responsibilities include driving industry-leading best practices across various sectors, overseeing preparation of comprehensive sustainability reports, mentoring others, and conducting life-cycle analysis, energy, thermal, daylight and carbon modeling.

We are seeking an experienced professional with 4+ years' experience in ESD consulting in the Australian market, possessing relevant certifications such as RPEQ or willingness to obtain, and accreditations in Green Star, NABERS, WELL, Climate Active preferred.

Key Qualifications
  • Proven track record in sustainability consulting
  • Strong understanding of building physics and sustainable design principles
  • Experience with thermal/energy modeling software and sustainability frameworks
  • Accreditation in relevant sustainability frameworks
