Job Description
We are seeking an experienced social media professional to lead the development and execution of our social media strategies. The successful candidate will manage scheduling, publishing and community engagement across multiple channels, ensuring content is consistent, audience-led and aligned with our wider goals.
About the Role
This role sits within the Communications team, responsible for managing external, digital and internal communications. You will work closely with our brand and content teams to develop and implement engaging social media campaigns that drive business outcomes.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the rollout of social campaigns across multiple channels
- Lead community management and audience engagement
- Optimise planning and publishing workflows
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all content aligns with our brand voice
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- 5+ years' experience in social media strategy, operations or digital communications
- Hands-on experience managing brand social media accounts and communities
- Knowledge of scheduling, publishing and performance tools
- Ability to translate data into insights and turn insights into smarter strategy
