Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing quality care and support to clients in their own homes.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily life activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and domestic assistance. You may also be required to provide support with tasks such as:

  • Personal Care (showering, bathroom assistance & grooming)
  • Medication Monitoring
  • Incontinence (urine or pad changes)
  • Palliative Care
  • Domestic Assistance (light house work, shopping and light yard work)
  • Meal Preparations
  • Social Support
  • Transport to and from appointments
