We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the deployment and adoption of cutting-edge AI solutions across various industries. As an AI Deployment Manager, you will be responsible for driving successful post-sales implementations and ensuring customers derive maximum value from our products.

The team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and measurable business results. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Technical Success, and Product teams to drive adoption and value realization. Our customers include large enterprises, startups, and digital native organizations.

About The Role

This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead time-bound deployments and drive adoption across multiple products. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, delivering excellent experiences, and measuring success through customer activation, adoption, and satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer outcomes by driving production deployments, increasing adoption, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Define and manage structured onboarding projects to ensure seamless adoption and measurable success.
  • Provide change management expertise to maximize the impact of OpenAI solutions.
  • Train, educate, and enable users to drive adoption and value.
  • Owning the technical deployment of ChatGPT, including connectors, Codex, custom GPTs, and other advanced capabilities.
  • Design and lead hackathons, workshops, and hands-on training sessions for senior executives and working teams.
  • Codify best practices and playbooks based on interactions with customers.
  • Partner with the Sales team for seamless handoffs and ongoing relationship management.

You'll Thrive In This Role If You Have:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in customer-facing roles, engaging C-level technical audiences with complex global organizations.
  • A proven track record of leading complex implementations of Generative AI/traditional ML solutions and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly when engaging with executives and leaders.
  • A humble attitude, eagerness to help others, and desire to pick up knowledge to make both your team and customers succeed.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and work under pressure.
  • A solid track record of delivering and scaling exceptional customer experiences.
