Delivering Exceptional Patient Care
About the Role:- We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to provide public postnatal care with a high volume of normal and complex cases.
- The ideal candidate will support the Midwifery team in delivering excellent standards of nursing care, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional care every time.
Making a difference in the lives of those we care for is at the heart of our service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and contributing to the overall standard of care delivered at our hospital.
To be considered for this position, you will have:
- A Certificate III in Patient Care and Ward Services, or currently studying an Undergraduate Bachelor of Nursing or Diploma of Nursing.
- Previous experience working in a hospital environment desirable.
- Knowledge of Infection Control procedures and processes.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other health professionals, patients, and relatives/carers.
