Project Coordinator

  We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Project Administration: Coordinate and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget. Develop and implement project plans, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement.

• Task Management: Oversee the timetabling and allocation of tasks, managing deadlines and prioritizing workflows. Ensure seamless communication and collaboration among team members.

• Client Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Manage client expectations, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular project reports, tracking progress and identifying trends. Conduct analysis to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.

• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations. Provide support and guidance to junior team members, promoting growth and development.

  Requirements:

• AQF Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, project management)

• At least 2 years of full-time work experience in a similar role

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
