PMO Lead

A strategic oversight and governance role is available to support a major transformation initiative within the Group.

This position provides critical oversight and guidance across the program, ensuring delivery aligns with investment plans, schedules, and the Group's strategic intent.

As a key member of the Program Enablement & PMO team, you will help drive the successful delivery of the UNITE program by embedding strong governance, structured support, and consistent standards.

Essential Skills:
  • Program Oversight & Strategic Alignment: Track delivery against baselined schedules and benefits, ensuring alignment with strategic investment plans.
  • Governance & Compliance Expertise: Deep understanding of Transformation Portfolio Standards (TPS) and Transformation Delivery Standards (TDS), with experience embedding governance processes.
  • Integrated Scheduling & Dependency Management: Skilled in managing complex program schedules, interdependencies, and milestone tracking.
  • Reporting & Financial Oversight: Proven ability to manage high-quality program reporting, including financial forecasting and executive-level status updates.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Strong capability in identifying, escalating, and resolving risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies across multiple streams.
  • Change Control & Documentation: Experience implementing change control procedures, document management systems, and maintaining program registers.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Program Planning & Rhythm: Ability to develop and maintain a comprehensive Program Management Plan, including operating rhythm, governance forums, and delivery standards.
