This leadership role involves overseeing the primary school's culture and community, ensuring students receive high-quality teaching and learning. The successful candidate will report directly to the principal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop a positive culture and community within the primary school
- Ensure students have access to high-quality teaching and learning
Requirements:
- Proven educational leadership experience
- Vibrant Christian faith with evidence of service in a local church
- Ability to articulate their faith to others
- Commitment to the transformative power of the Gospel in the lives of students and staff
Qualifications:
- Evidence of the right to work in Australia
- Proof of identity
- Recognised teaching qualification
- Clearance status of the Working with Children Check (where applicable)
- Registered with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
