Transform Your Career with a Leading Role in Field Planning and Scheduling

As the Senior Manager of Field Planning and Scheduling, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of our field planning and scheduling function. You will lead the transformation of our services teams to industry best practice field planning, scheduling, and dispatch processes.

You will be responsible for driving a lean focus to remove waste and maximize efficiency in the function. With a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, you will lead and coach a team of Field Coordinators and guide geographically dispersed field teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

We are seeking an experienced professional who can develop and pilot future state operating models, create detailed execution plans, and lead projects to ensure deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

Your responsibilities will include designing strategies to ensure field teams are effectively planned, scheduled, and dispatched, and customer maintenance needs are met. You will also develop a team of highly capable and customer-focused planners/schedulers to partner with field teams in delivering on customer maintenance requirements.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience leading people and change in a national or multinational asset-based maintenance and planning environment. They will possess solid experience in complex, high-volume, and fast-paced customer service environments and a solid understanding of supply chain, warehousing, and logistics practices.
