Nursing Support Professional

We are seeking Nursing Support Professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care to patients who are rehabilitating after an acute illness.
In this role, you will provide support to the nursing team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient results.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the nursing team in providing a high standard of care to patients.
- Develop and maintain effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN SECOND OR THIRD YEAR OF A BACHELOR OF NURSING OR DEGREE DEEMED APPROPRIATE; OR CURRENT ENROLMENT IN DIPLOMA OF NURSING (HLT54121) WITH EVIDENCE OF COMPLETION OF BLOCK 1; OR COMPLETION OF HLT33115 CERTIFICATE III IN HEALTH SERVICES ASSISTANCE (ASSISTING IN NURSING WORK IN ACUTE CARE).
- DEMONSTRATED EFFECTIVE WRITTEN, VERBAL COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
- DEMONSTRATED ABILITY TO WORK IN A TEAM.
