Job Title: Compliance and Risk Officer

We are seeking a skilled Compliance and Risk Officer to support the Quality & Risk team in delivering efficient and effective operations of high-quality services.


About the Role:

This role is responsible for supporting the business with the management of customer complaints, treatment of ensuing feedback, incidents, associated participant events, records requests, and key responsibilities include active involvement with the daily management of complaints, feedback, incidents, and participant events within various systems. The successful candidate will also be responsible for submitting appropriate and thorough responses to Departmental complaints in a timely, professional, and efficient manner, ensuring that required input from sites and other key stakeholders has been obtained.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Active involvement with the daily management of complaints, feedback, incidents, and participant events within various systems.
  • Submitting appropriate and thorough responses to Departmental complaints in a timely, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Providing advice on the management of incidents and complaints to ensure staff safety and the best possible outcome.
  • Reporting of incidents including accurate and required information to appropriate Departments.
  • Reporting and analysis of complaints, feedback, and incidents with the goal of effectively informing the business with trends, root cause, and business process improvement requirements.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Employment Services Contractual requirements and excellent communication (oral & written), negotiation, and interpersonal skills. They will also possess exceptional attention to detail, excellent organisational and analytical skills, and effective positive problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.


Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Hold or have the ability to obtain a current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
