We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at our North Western Office. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Regional Managers, Site Coordinators, and Case Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to Regional Managers and Site Coordinators
  • Develop, coordinate, and maintain administration functions and program records
  • Check invoices against client records and bank promptly as per policy
  • Manage office petty cash and monitor clients' trust money
  • Enter data into Pay global (MYOB), Epicor, and Riskware
  • Perform other administrative duties as directed by the Site Coordinator or Regional Manager
Requirements:
  • Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
  • Strong financial management skills and knowledge of aged care processes
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and time manage efficiently
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills and a caring approach
