**About The Role**:
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to facilitate recruitment/onboarding, rostering and day-to-day coordination and management of junior medical staff (JMS) at RCH and across secondment site partners.

**What You’ll Achieve**:

- Input personnel record data aligned to bulk recruitment and onboarding of junior medical staff.
- Oversee purchase orders and invoice processing.
- Prepare meeting agenda and minutes as directed by the Operational Manager and/or Director Medical Workforce - Strategy and Operations.

Classification for this position will range from AO21 - AO25 classification codes (base salary $65,442 to $73,002 per annum, plus superannuation)

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience working as an administrative officer or lead within a team-based setting
- Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively, as required by the task
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders, and provide a strong customer service focus
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise own and team-level workloads, and achieve key deliverables within specified timelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

**About The Department**:
The Medical Workforce Unit oversees the centralised recruitment, onboarding and coordination of junior medical staff (JMS)/paediatric trainees, working both on-site at RCH and rotating through various external Victorian secondment sites.
