About The Role

This maintenance role involves professional and effective task execution, troubleshooting, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake breakdown and preventative maintenance tasks professionally.
- Troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Input maintenance information into our system for accurate record-keeping.
- Contribute to improving maintenance systems and procedures by identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to optimise equipment performance daily and achieve business objectives.
- Assist with capital and continuous improvement projects as directed to drive organisational growth and efficiency.
- Prioritise safety, quality, and environmental management in all aspects of work.
- Manage competing priorities and urgent repairs of equipment with minimal disruption to operations.
