Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced team leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will play a vital role in leading and managing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

 

  • Lead and manage teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences by fostering a positive work environment and promoting high standards of food safety and quality.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure every guest receives the best experience.
  • Maintain operational excellence and drive results-oriented practices.

 

Requirements

 

  • Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • A track record of providing outstanding customer service.
  • Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate.
  • Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course.
