About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality content that accurately reflects complex topics in biology, utilizing references and examples to ensure relevance.

  • Provide project-related support by addressing questions from other experts in Discord chats, focusing on project guidelines and requirements.
  • Audit and evaluate tasks completed by AI Trainers, ensuring alignment with project objectives, providing constructive feedback, verifying expertise-related information, and editing content as necessary to improve quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's or PhD degree in chemistry or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of professional experience in chemistry.
  • Advanced English language proficiency (C1 or higher).
  • Experience in writing or evaluating complex LLM prompts.
  • Teaching, lecturing, or consulting experience in your domain.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to challenging guidelines, and work independently.
