Office Administration Lead

Responsibilities include:

  • Front of house reception duties including meeting and greeting patients, answering and redirecting phone calls, handling general enquiries
  • Debtor management and processing payments
  • Scheduling and re-arranging of patient appointments
  • Ordering stock and consumables for the clinic
  • Rostering for the administration team
  • Overseeing, encouraging, and managing the administration team
  • Escalation point for complaints and complex enquiries
