We are seeking an individual to support our team in Balmain, assisting builders, interior designers and homeowners with their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.
This role involves assisting customers choose the perfect bathroom products, creating and managing customer quotes and orders via email and phone, and using our 3D Planner to bring a customer's dream to life.
As part of this role, you will also be responsible for visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships, as well as keeping the showroom running smoothly and safely.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with bathroom product selection
- Creating and managing customer quotes and orders
- Using our 3D Planner to create customer designs
- Visiting customers onsite to provide updates and maintain relationships
- Maintaining a safe and organized showroom environment
About You:
- You have previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoy building relationships and helping customers
- You might not have experience in bathrooms, but are energetic, take initiative and are willing to learn and grow
- You are comfortable with a computer and are happy to learn new systems
- You are open to working various shifts, including weekends
- You want to develop your career - either locally, within our network or head office (we love to promote people from within)
