About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Manager/Senior Manager to help shape the future of our Private Wealth, Superannuation (SMSF) team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SMSF-related matters and a strong understanding of the evolving superannuation landscape.

The successful applicant will be responsible for a portfolio of SMSFs for high net worth individuals and private enterprises, providing expert advice on all related matters, including complex problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on all SMSF-related matters, confidently navigating the evolving superannuation landscape
  • Apply strong technical knowledge, including related party transactions
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, presenting effectively to industry, internal, and external groups
  • Oversee SMSF administration, ensuring accurate preparation and lodgment of returns, financial statements, and workpapers
  • Collaborate with team members and clients across Australia and globally to resolve complex queries
  • Mentor and train junior team members, sharing in-depth knowledge of superannuation
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax, superannuation legislation, and industry best practices to drive client engagement excellence
  • Lead and streamline the annual compliance process, fostering an environment of continuous improvement
