Amentum seeks a Property Manager Coordinator in Alice Springs. This role involves managing property inspections, coordinating move-ins, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct and oversee property inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet quality standards.
  • Assist with maintenance coordination and follow-up with contractors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Facilitate move-in processes and manage communication with new arrivals and existing employees to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Support marketing and communication strategies to attract potential tenants and promote available properties.
  • Attend open inspections and maintain accurate data in contact management systems to track leads and client interactions.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and ensure safety principles are integrated into daily activities to minimize risks.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and adapt to changing priorities to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Essential Qualifications

  • Current Property Management Registration or Real Estate License in the Northern Territory.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in property administration with strong communication and detail orientation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher) to efficiently manage documents and data.
  • High level of client service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor to provide exceptional support to clients and colleagues.
  • Valid Driver's License and Police Clearance to ensure secure access to properties and sensitive information.
  • Ability to undertake a Work Health Assessment to ensure fitness for duty.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
