Nutrien Harcourts is currently seeking a driven Property Portfolio Manager to join our collaborative team based in Alice Springs.

About the Opportunity:

  • Provide exceptional service to clients and champion the successful management and growth of your property portfolio.
  • Drive new and manage existing leased properties, including ingoing inspections and vacates, repairs and maintenance, routine inspections using the latest iPad technology, tenant liaison, landlord management, and stringent arrears management systems.
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiencies and exceed customer expectations, with full autonomy over your portfolio.

About You:

  • Demonstrate previous property management experience or strong sales or customer service skills, ideally gained within the real estate sector.
  • Alternatively, you may have performed roles requiring compliance with legislation, building and maintaining client relationships, and working independently with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, internet, and exposure to various software, together with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, are essential.
  • You will possess a current driver's license.
