We are seeking a qualified and experienced occupational therapist to join our community team in Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide clinical recommendations to improve clients' activities of daily living, mobility, transfers, falls risk prevention, equipment needs, pressure area care, skin integrity management, arthritic joint management, and pain management.
- Work with clients referred through government-funded models such as Home Care Packages, Short Term Restorative Care, Commonwealth Home Support Programme, and private funding.
- Adapt and demonstrate flexibility to meet the needs of clients while working within the scope of occupational therapy practice.
