Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant, specializing in Return to Work services.

Your primary responsibility will be to assess and develop personalized plans for individuals who have sustained an injury or illness, aiming to facilitate their safe return to work and daily living activities.

You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full Professional Registration with AHPRA
  • Previous experience in the occupational rehabilitation industry (highly regarded)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion, kindness, and empathy
  • Well-developed time management skills
  • A current Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance
Location and Culture

This role will be based in Melbourne Metro, servicing a diverse client base.
