Royal Automobile Association is seeking a highly skilled Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. As a world travel expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating unforgettable adventures for our valued members.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is enthusiastic, dedicated, and genuinely excited about the world of travel. In this role, you will:

  • Tailor and manage end-to-end travel bookings, ensuring personalised experiences that cater to each member's unique preferences.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, selling a wide range of travel products, including flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, and more.
  • Engage with customers in person, over the phone, via email, and online.
  • Exceed sales targets, going above and beyond to achieve remarkable results.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate in Travel and Tourism or equivalent is mandatory.
  • A demonstrated track record of reaching high-performing sales targets.
  • Outstanding attention to detail along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work cohesively within a team.
  • Knowledge in domestic products.

The estimated salary for this role is $44.87 per hour, plus shift penalties, based on national averages for similar roles in the Adelaide area.
