12-Month Secondment Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor for a 12-month secondment to join our close-knit team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of the E2E Team Services Tribe, you will report directly to the Product Owner and work collaboratively with a highly skilled team of ER professionals.

About the Role
  • Deliver high-quality employee relations advice to business stakeholders on grievances, performance management, misconduct investigations, policy breaches, and health matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with internal policies and external legislation to ensure the highest level of expertise in your advice.
  • Influence and coach line managers to develop the desired interpersonal and leadership skills, promoting a positive working environment aligned with our values and employee relations framework.
Your Background
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Employee Relations, Industry Relations, or case management through previous roles or tertiary education (human resources or law).
  • Proven ability to coach and support employees and line managers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Experience interpreting and advising on the Fair Work Act and Enterprise Agreements.
  • Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and relationship building abilities, with a commercial orientation.
  • Effective time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and cases.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as access to employee discounts, training programs, and career development opportunities.
