Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team in the old age Wyong community. This temporary staff specialist position offers an exceptional opportunity for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and prioritize patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality psychiatric services to patients in the old age Wyong community, collaborating closely with healthcare professionals to develop tailored care plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and prescribe medication as required, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
  • Supervise medical trainees, residents, and students, providing guidance and mentorship to foster their professional growth.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines, promoting best practices within the organization.
Requirements
  • Registration as a Medical Practitioner in Australia or eligibility to register;
  • Recognized specialist qualifications and experience in Old Age Psychiatry;
  • Certificate in Old Age Psychiatry;
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders;
