Store Operations Supervisor Role

This role oversees and supervises daily store operations to ensure outstanding customer service. The Store Operations Supervisor collaborates closely with the Store Manager to lead the team and manage operations for success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support and develop the team to provide excellent customer service
  • Supervise daily store operations and maintain a safe workplace
  • Collaborate with other teams to meet business objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Requirements
  • Previous supervisory experience or readiness for that next step
  • Demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale and/or workshop operations experience
  • Ideal mechanical/automotive parts knowledge
  • Flexible availability and a valid driver's license
  • The physical capacity to perform job duties (including handling heavy products)
  • Prioritize safety
