The Opportunity

As a key member of the HR Technology team at CSL, you will play a vital role in configuring and optimizing Workday's capabilities. This hybrid role offers a unique blend of onsite and remote work, allowing you to contribute to the company's growth while enjoying a flexible schedule.

The Role
  • Provide end-to-end solution consulting in the Workday Payroll module, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Assess current state processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes in accordance with CSL's Workday Change Control & Data Governance Processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including COEs and I&T, to drive Workday platform strategy and architecture.
  • Conduct design sessions, gather and document end-user requirements, and prototype solutions based on project needs.
  • Collaborate with HR Technology and I&T testing leads on system changes, identifying test scenarios and providing support during UAT.
  • Manage Tier 3 cases, including proactive assessment of break-fix cases, identifying trends to enhance system stability and user satisfaction.
  • Drive the schedule and execution of routine activities and projects, including preparing and loading EIBs.
  • Maintain global payroll schedules, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide backup support for Workday Absence and Kronos as needed.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of Workday Configuration/Admin experience.
  • 3+ years in HRIS Experience.
  • Proven experience with configuring and optimizing Workday's Absence module.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR workflows and payroll regulation best practices.
  • Strong understanding and application of Testing, Change Control and Data Governance Processes.
  • Outstanding skills in managing stakeholders, interpersonal interactions, and communication.
  • Applying both conceptual and practical thinking.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, demonstrating proficiency in analyzing, creating, and effectively communicating suitable solutions.
  • Self-directed and able to manage changing priorities and expectations to align to business objectives.
