About the Role

As a Senior Technical Officer, you will collaborate with field crews to proactively manage maintenance activities across critical gas assets. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the effective and safe completion of all work orders in compliance with client policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with required standards and procedures, maintaining high levels of quality and safety.
  2. Provide a reliable emergency response service, addressing any issues that arise.
  3. Engage in planning, estimating, scheduling, and issuing construction and maintenance work to field and subcontractors.
  4. Proactively promote and drive a Zero Harm culture, guiding and coaching others.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
About You
  1. You should have a trade qualification or similar, a current driver's licence, and a proven track record in the gas industry.
  2. Practical knowledge of estimating, installation, maintenance, and standard operating procedures in gas distribution networks is an advantage.
