Optimize Plant Efficiency

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team of tradespeople in performing maintenance on plant and equipment, ensuring optimal operational efficiency, reliability, and safety.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and overseeing preventative maintenance programmes, as well as providing technical leadership to the maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute preventative maintenance programmes to ensure reliability and compliance.
  • Ensure all work is performed safely, competently, and in line with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical leadership to the maintenance team, setting expectations and maximising plant efficiency.
  • Collaborate with production and quality teams to deliver efficient service and minimise downtime.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in alignment with SOPs.

Requirements:

  • A trade qualification.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (minimum 4 years).
  • Previous experience leading a team.
  • Electrical licence (preferred).
  • Forklift licence (preferred).
