Job Overview:- We are seeking an experienced Concrete Plant Operator to oversee the production process and manage plant operations.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain machinery and equipment to ensure consistent concrete production and minimize downtime.
- Manage orders and inventory levels to meet customer requirements and optimize stock holdings.
- Provide exceptional customer service through efficient communication and coordination with internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of batching equipment to guarantee optimal performance.
- Coordinate deliveries and ensure smooth workflow by effectively communicating with drivers via radio.
- Prior experience in concrete plant operations is highly desirable but not essential.
- Strong leadership and staff management skills are required to lead and motivate teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills are necessary to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills are vital for building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
