Lead Sustainable Operations Specialist

We are committed to moving towards a more sustainable future and decarbonising our operations. As a Process Operator, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission.
- You will be responsible for the efficient operation of the ore processing facility.
- Ensure compliance with standard work instructions and maintain high levels of safety.
- Conduct daily inspections of processing equipment and identify hazards in the work environment.
- Provide quality shift handovers and maintain accurate logs and reporting.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance.

Key Qualifications and Experience- Previous experience operating large scale wet or dry processing plants is highly regarded.
- A strong understanding of risk assessment and application of controls is essential.
- Prior exposure to control room applications is beneficial.
- Mobile plant experience – Front End Loader, Skid Steer, Overhead Crane and Telehandler – would be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with the ability to communicate effectively through two-way operations.
