Job Title: Community Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated support worker to join our team. As a community support worker, you will provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for residents in our care.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults and children with high intensity support needs and/or behaviors of concern, and be able to demonstrate commitment to the role through ongoing personal development and learning.

You will work collaboratively with residents, their families, and other professionals to create and follow individualized care plans. You will also be required to undertake online knowledge and skills development as part of your role, as well as attend regular onsite training sessions.
