  • Work with design teams to debug issues.
  • Maintain procedures, policies, and documents for validation activities.
  • Ensure product and process development activities have necessary validation and supporting justification.
  • Act independently with minimal supervision to conduct validation studies.
  • Utilize risk assessment to identify critical areas for validation and generate test scripts accordingly.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and equipment needs for validation/testing.
Requirements:
  • Intermediate skills with WORD and EXCEL (authoring/editing technical documents).
  • Proven attention to detail and organization (including technical proofreading, follow-through, and project communication).
  • Demonstrated project management and leadership skills.
  • Business maturity and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate.
  • Creative and open-minded individual who fosters an environment for sharing ideas.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience in hardware or software validation.
  • Familiarity with electronic actuation of vehicle-control systems.
  • Experience with multi-sensor systems and technologies.
  • Experience with Linux operating systems.

  • CAN bus communication and diagnostics experience.
  • MATLab Simulink exposure for HIL testing.
  • Familiar with programming languages such as C++, Python, CAPL.
