About the Role
- Location: Darwin, Northern Territory
- Immediate start available for full-time, part-time, or casual opportunities
- Weekday and weekend shifts, 4-12 hour shifts available
- Potential earnings up to $100,000 per annum, including overtime
- Level 4/5 classification
This role is crucial to our success in the region, as we expand in the Northern Territory with new contracts and strengthen our presence in the Whole of the NT.
Job Description
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, contractors, and clients
- Monitor CCTV and access control systems proactively
- Conduct building patrols to identify and mitigate security and safety risks
- Identify and report hazards and building faults for rectification
- Respond to emergency situations
- Manage contractors and perform ad-hoc duties
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Full working rights and availability required
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work well in a team or autonomously
- Ability to work in a rotational roster, including nights, days, and weekends
- Australian citizen or hold unlimited work rights
- Valid NT security license and crowd control endorsement desirable
- Current first aid and CPR certificate
