As Art Director at Tantalus Media, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision for our games, ensuring a cohesive and compelling visual identity. You will guide a team of artists, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and oversee the artistic process from concept to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a cohesive artistic vision across entire projects
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of artists
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Manage complex art production pipelines, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Balance creative ambitions with technical and production constraints
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fine Arts, Digital Art, Game Design, or a related field
- Minimum of 6+ years in the gaming industry, with at least 3 years in an art leadership role
- Strong understanding of industry-standard game engines and creative software
- Demonstrated ability to define and maintain a cohesive artistic vision
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of artists
