You will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, ensuring timely completion, and meeting contractual obligations at the New Footscray Hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate project workflows and documentation, maintaining accurate records from contractors.
  • Manage financial budgets, purchase orders, and receipting for fiscal accountability.
  • Determine and price minor works and modification projects.
  • Implement approved minor works and modification projects.
  • Engage with customers to provide high levels of customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Knowledge of general building maintenance and trades.
  • Prior facility management experience is preferred.
  • Experience working in critical environments is preferred.
  • Development of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information is essential.
