Seasonal Concierge Team Members: Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences

We are seeking friendly and reliable team members to join our concierge team at Westfield Plenty Valley. As a seasonal casual role, you will be part of the festive season across our destinations from September 2025 to January/February 2026.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced retail setting and be available for shifts including late nights, weekends, and public holidays. If you are looking for a fun and dynamic work environment, we encourage you to apply.
About the Role
This is a seasonal casual role that offers a great opportunity to be part of the festive season across our Westfield destinations. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers, welcoming guests at the concierge desk and assisting with their needs, providing directions, information, and helpful solutions to enhance the customer experience and promoting and selling Westfield Gift Cards and other services.
