Mechanical Fitter Supervisor

At Camco Engineering, we are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter Supervisor to lead our Mining Site Services Team. As a key member of our team, you will oversee precision alignment, pump overhauls, and general fitting work for our Tier 1 clients on-site.

This role combines on-site projects with Perth-based responsibilities, such as managing tool containers, overseeing work scopes, preparing reports, and liaising with clients. This position offers flexible work options, ensuring a strong work-life balance.

• Competitive salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Mechanical Fitters to perform maintenance and repair tasks on site
• Manage tool containers and ensure they are properly maintained and stored
• Oversee work scopes, prepare reports, and liaise with clients to ensure smooth project execution
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction

We are looking for someone with:

• Australian recognised trade qualification in mechanical fitting or a related field
• Proven experience in fixed plant maintenance (crushers, sizers, pumps, etc.)
• Proven experience in a supervisory role (minimum 6 months)
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
• RIO/FMG inducted
• Proficiency with computers and the Microsoft Suite
